I have always liked to keep busy and do things that are novel or different. I like to put myself in new environments. Although primarily for my books, this site is also a place for me to record some of those other things I have dabbled with.

I recorded a piece for Seth Lakeman's album "Word of Mouth" in which I talked about Bal Maidens.

I live in Wiltshire. In my spare time I like to play the drums, read books and listen to rock music.
